Reporting and admin

Security and privacy for your admin

The security review has architectural answers. Can another customer see our data? No, by design. Does the AI see our customers' details? No, by design. This guide covers the controls an admin works with day to day.

Before you start

  • Admin access.
  1. 1

    Set roles and individual rights

Settings → Team. Admin, Manager or Agent, enforced on the server for every action. Knowledge authoring can be granted to anyone, person by person. Managers can also be given manual close and reopen, which admins always have and agents never do. Managers and admins have a "Works tickets" switch.

  2. 2

    Keep a second admin

The last admin can never be removed or demoted, and the setup guide asks for a second one. If an organisation still loses its only admin, QueuePower support can restore one through an audited process.

  3. 3

    Use the audit log

Settings → Audit Log. Every admin action (settings, autonomy changes, API keys, team changes, integrations, escalations, exports) with the state before and after, filterable by action, person and date, exportable as a spreadsheet. Exporting is itself logged.

  4. 4

    Handle a lost laptop

Admins can sign a teammate out everywhere and force a new password. Each person manages their own email, password and signed-in devices under My Profile.

  5. 5

Know what the AI never sees

Customer names and email addresses are replaced with placeholders before any text goes to the AI and put back only in the final draft. This cannot be switched off, and the AI provider does not train on your data.

  6. 6

    Data requests

Export and deletion on request, as set out in the data processing agreement. Erasure removes records from every read path at once and deletes permanently after a 30-day recovery period, confirmed in writing.
