How it compares

One price, compared with the usual two

Help desks usually charge for every person on the team, with AI assistance as an extra. AI agents usually charge again for every ticket they close. Here is how a single price per ticket volume compares.

For the months that run over your plan. Your plan allowance comes first; a top-up is only drawn on once that’s used, and whatever you don’t use stays in reserve for the next time you need it.

Questions people ask

What counts as a ticket?
Each new conversation that lands in your queue, whether it came by email, the web form, the API or was typed in by hand. Replies within a conversation don't count again, and a reopened ticket is still the same ticket.
Does Full AI cost more?
No. Every plan includes both modes for every category. You switch a category to Full AI when your own approval rates say it's ready. It's not a paid upgrade.
What happens if I hit the monthly limit?
New tickets wait until the month rolls over, you move up a plan, or you buy a top-up. Nothing is lost. We'll email you at 80% and again at 100%.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays put. New tickets and AI processing pause until you pick a plan. We don't have a card on file, so nothing gets charged.
Why is there no free plan?
Because it's built for teams who already feel the load. For them the question isn't a free inbox versus £249; it's whether £249 a month gives the team enough time back to be worth it, and at around £4 of a person's time per ticket it does from the first month. If you have almost no tickets yet, a free inbox is the right tool for now. Come back when it starts to hurt.
How is this different from paying per AI resolution?
Per-resolution pricing charges you more as the AI gets better, and some tools switch the AI off when a quota runs out. Here the AI works on every ticket, including the ones your team finishes, for one price. The only thing that changes your bill is how many tickets you get.
Is it priced per seat?
No. Add as many people as you need on any plan. Pricing follows your ticket volume, because that grows with your business rather than your headcount, and the whole point is to need fewer people on the queue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings → Billing whenever you like. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, and we hold your data for 30 days after that in case you come back or want a copy.
