Before you start
- Admin access.
- An incoming webhook link from Slack or Teams for the channel you want.
- 1
Create the channel's webhook
In Slack or Teams, add an incoming webhook to the channel and copy its link.
- 2
Paste it into QueuePower
Settings → Team Alerts. Paste the link, press Add and send test, and check the channel.
You’ll see: Delivery health shows on the same page.
- 3
Let alerts link to the queue
Each alert links to the queue, never straight into the ticket, so a curious click doesn't make someone its owner.

No one on duty
If a ticket waits for a person past its response target during business hours and no one who works tickets is online, every channel is told and the admins get an email. Once each time a ticket is left waiting.
Good to know
- Any system with a webhook endpoint can receive the same alerts.
