Your inbox, answered
before you’ve opened it.
QueuePower reads every support ticket, works out what it needs and writes the reply from your own knowledge base and past fixes. Your team approves to begin with. When your own numbers show it gets a type of ticket right, you let it handle those on its own, day and night.
No card. No time limit. Everything included, for the whole team. Set up in about ten minutes.
Can’t sign in since changing my phone

Hi, I got a new phone at the weekend and now the app won’t let me in. It keeps asking for a code I never receive. Screenshot below. Thanks, Priya
Hi Priya, thanks for the detail, that makes it clear.
Your codes are still going to your old phone. On the sign-in screen choose “Use a backup code”, then move sign-in to your new phone under Profile > Security.
Just reply if that doesn’t get you in.
Illustrative. Names and content are made up; the flow is real.

Every ticket that waits is a customer deciding whether to stay
Forty-six emails came in over the weekend. Here is how the morning goes.
Without QueuePower
Someone reads all 46 before answering any
- The first customer has been waiting since Friday night
- Three have emailed again to ask if anyone is there
- The same password question gets answered nine times, by hand
- Whoever picks up a ticket starts from a blank reply
With QueuePower, Supervised
Every ticket is sorted, with a reply ready
- Categorised and prioritised the moment it arrived
- Each one has a reply written from your own knowledge base
- Your team reads, tweaks if needed and presses send
- The queue is clear by mid-morning
With Full AI on routine categories
Most of it was handled on Saturday
- Password resets and how-to questions answered within minutes
- Customers who went quiet have been followed up politely
- The nine that need a person are at the top, history attached
- Your team starts the week on the work that needs them
Illustrative.
How it works
Follow one ticket from arrival to closed
Most support tools help you track tickets. This one works them. Here is what happens to a single ticket, step by step.
01
A ticket comes in
Someone emails your support address, fills in your web form, or a colleague types it in. It lands in one queue whatever the route.

The AI reads it properly
It works out what the customer is asking, sets a category and priority, checks your knowledge base, your policies and past fixes, and writes a reply in your voice, greeting the customer by name. It also says how confident it is.

The invoice link in their email has expired. Matches a known issue. Two similar tickets were resolved by re-sending the link from Billing → History. Draft the steps and ask them to confirm.

Someone checks it. Or doesn't have to.
In Supervised mode a person reads the draft and presses send. In Full AI mode, for the categories you've chosen, it goes straight out. You decide category by category.

The customer replies, and the AI understands the reply
In Full AI mode, “That fixed it” closes the ticket and sends a one-question rating, “Still not working” gets a second attempt, and “I want to speak to someone” goes to a person straight away. In Supervised mode the AI tells your agent what the reply means and suggests the next step.

If they go quiet, it follows up politely
In every mode: two gentle nudges, at least two working days apart, then a final notice that closes the ticket and asks for a rating. Out-of-office replies are recognised and it waits until they're back. No customer gets chased every day, and nobody on your team has to remember to.

What changes for your team
Less chasing, less copying and pasting, fewer things falling through the cracks
Keep the inbox you already have
Connect Microsoft 365 in a few minutes, or Gmail, Google Workspace and any other mailbox by IMAP. Replies go out from your own address, and with Microsoft 365 they land in your Sent Items so the whole team can see the thread.
Replies that read like your best agent wrote them
Every customer is greeted by name. The AI reads the whole conversation, your knowledge base and your own policies before it writes. Screenshots stay on the ticket for your team. If the fix didn't work, the next reply says so and tries something different.
A queue that looks after itself
Open a ticket and it's yours. Go to lunch, go on holiday, or leave the company, and your open tickets go back to the pool on their own. No manager playing traffic controller.
Every fix teaches the next reply
Each closed ticket records what fixed it. When the same problem comes back, in any wording, the AI finds that fix and answers with it. The longer you use it, the more it handles.
See the hours it's giving back
One dashboard shows what came in, what the AI resolved on its own, how fast customers heard back, how they rated it, and roughly how many hours that saved. Ratings are credited to whoever actually fixed the problem.
Hand over with everything attached
When a ticket needs a person, it goes to a colleague or into Zendesk, HubSpot, ServiceNow or Halo, or any system by webhook, with a link back to the full history. Nobody starts from a blank page.
And the details that make the difference
- Greets every customer by name
- Keeps people copied in on every reply
- Shows screenshots and attachments without storing them
- Never loses an email, even at your limit
- Checks every sender before it trusts them
- Slack and Teams alerts when nobody is on
- Chases quiet customers politely, then closes
- Out-of-office replies pause the chasing
- Ratings credited to whoever fixed it
- Search every ticket with Ctrl + K
- Web form and API, with copy-ready code
- Policies your admins approve, quoted word for word
You hold the switch
Start careful. Let the AI do more when it has earned it.
Every category starts in Supervised mode: the AI writes, a person sends. Meanwhile shadow mode quietly checks what the AI would have sent on its own against what your team actually sent, so you can see, category by category, where it already gets it right.
When a category has proved itself, you switch it to Full AI and it answers, follows up and closes on its own, day and night. Refund requests always go to your team, while password resets run themselves. The system never flips a switch by itself.
- Per category, never all or nothing
- Evidence from your own tickets before you switch
- Answers only from your knowledge base, your policies and proven fixes
- Switch back any time; every change is logged

Works with what you have
Connect your support inbox and you’re running.
Connect the support inbox you already have and keep your own address. Every email becomes a ticket, every ticket gets a reply, and your customers never know anything changed. That is all most teams need.
Your inbox is your support tool
Everyone works from one queue, and handing a ticket over means passing it to a colleague. Nothing else to buy, set up or migrate.
Already have a CRM? Keep it.
Connect it in Settings. All tickets are still answered by QueuePower. Only when a ticket needs an escalation does QueuePower create it in your CRM, with the customer’s message, the category, your note and a link back to the full history, and your team handles it there as usual.
Security
Built to pass the security review, not just the demo
Each customer’s data is fenced off at the database, not just in the app. Customer email addresses are encrypted before they’re stored. Every action, by a person or the AI, is written to an audit log your admins can export. Hosted in the UK.
Read the security overview- Row-level security on every tenant table
- Names and emails swapped for placeholders before any AI call
- AES-256 encryption for customer email and stored credentials
- Screenshots and attachments stay in your mailbox, never copied
- Full audit trail, exportable as CSV
- GDPR processor terms and subprocessor list published
